Terms and Conditions

Heating, electricity and all linens are included.
Logs and kindling on arrival.
Barbecue available on request.
Tea, coffee, milk and sugar await your arrival.
If you would like a high chair or cot, a call to Vivienne to discuss your personal requirements would be appreciated.
On day of arrival, please check in between 4pm-6pm.
If you are delayed on your journey or require a different booking in time please call 01430 430677.
Please vacate your cottage by 10am on day of departure.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking; balance to be paid 6 weeks before date of arrival.
Please ensure you have the appropriate holiday insurance. The deposit is non-refundable as is the full payment once made, unless the cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances.No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.

Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, removing all of your waste.
Please note there is a no smoking policy throughout.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in all three cottages by prior arrangement at £5 per day.
Laundry facilities are available, please ask, though you will need your own powder.
Breakage Policy: Accidents do happen, though we reserve the right to charge for any damage.
Recycling waste: Plastic bottles, magazines and tins go in the BLUE bin.
General waste goes in the green bin and please dispose of glass bottles in a bottle bank. There is one at the Co-op in Howden.
